Luke De-Mao Kennedy

On March 22, 2013 at 9:41am, Luke came into the world at 7 pounds 6 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.

Like his brother, he hasn't stopped eating since!

1 Year

Luke is now 24 pounds, 4 ounces and is 31.5 inches tall!

He's riding his new tricycle in the rocking mode. I love how he wiggles when he's excited! Thanks Regina, Joe, and Noah for the awesome gift!

Luke is walking less like a drunken sailor now a days...

10 Months

Luke is now weighing in at 23 pounds! He is cruising, babbling, and standing by himself. He took his first step this month!

Luke's new favorite instrument!

Luke loves to visit Lao Lao and Tai Lao Lao. He always crawls up to Tai Lao Lao and holds onto her legs.

He has fun on the swing at the park.

9 Months

I guess we're watching cartoons when Luke is holding the remote!

The Kennedy Crew spent the last day of 2013 at Kennedy Park. He loved the swings there.

Luke enjoyed his first Christmas with family and friends.

Luke is 21.5 pounds and 28.5 inches tall. His favorite toy is the block you see below.

8 Months

Santa Baby is having a blast!

7 Months

Milestones:

Luke got two new teeth making that a total of 6 teeth.

He also started to crawl!

He started to say "Ma Ma" and "Ba Ba".

Luke was baptized on November 16, 2013 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Auntie Julie and Auntie Rose came from Long Beach to attend!

Luke and Mommy went to Micah's first birthday party. It was a costume party.

Auntie Michele went with Mommy and the boys to the pumpkin patch at Ardenwood Farms.

6 Months

Luke is now 28.75 inches tall now. If you look closely at the picture, you can see his first two teeth!

5 Months

4 Months

Luke loves to grab his feet.

Luke has grown to 17 pounds, 7 ounces and 27 inches long.

Mommy bought this "magic sleepsuit" to help Luke sleep better.

The craziest thing..... It actually works!

Luke has been taking longer naps and waking up less at night since using it.

Granny says he looks like a sumo wrestler.

For the past 3 months, Luke has been going with Mommy to a "Baby N' Me" group almost every week.

Luke met Uncle Cliff. Is this practice for Cliff?

Froggy is once again the smallest guy in the house.

Luke has been practicing sitting in his bumbo.

"Hi Auntie Rosa!"

Luke and Daddy are in the spirit for the Fourth of July!

The family enjoyed the morning at Ardenwood Farms together for Independence Day.

Mommy's friend Lina and her daughter Liliana came over to meet Luke.

12 Weeks

Happy Father's Day!

The Kennedy boys had a great day.

We went to Uncle Lawrence's house for Father's Day.

Luke was so comfortable in Granny's arms, he fell asleep.

When it was time to leave, Presley and Kurt wanted to help put Luke in his car seat.

11 Weeks

Luke is doing a good job holding his head up higher during tummy time.

Luke had some friends come to meet him this week.

10 Weeks

Luke is smiling more and more.

8 Weeks

At Luke's 2 month check up, he weighed 13 pounds 9 ounces and was 24.5 inches long. He's in the 90th percentile for both weight and height.

Our family went to Happy Hallow with Katelyn's family this week.

He spent most of the time in Mommy's carrier asleep.

7 Weeks

Luke is moving around a lot more and smiling more this week.

Luke met Auntie Steph and Mikah.

6 Weeks

This week, Luke weighs 12 pounds, 7 ounces.

Auntie Marcia and Kevin came to visit from New York.

Auntie Leslie came to meet Luke too! She thought he was adorable even though he spit up all over her...

5 Weeks

This week, Luke is 22 inches long. We can't believe he's already grown 2 inches!

Luke is checking out his cute Auntie Lynda.

Luke met his buddy Tyler. Tyler is 4 months old.

4 Weeks

At one month old, Luke is about the same size as Froggy. Luke weights 10 pounds, 13 ounces.

More people came to welcome Luke into the world. His Aunt Julie and Rose came all the way from Southern California!

3 Weeks

Luke had more visitors this week. Mommy's cousin Joyce and her Aunt #2 said that that Luke is beautiful! A lot of Mommy's relatives comment on Luke's double eyelids.

2 Weeks

Luke's umbilical fell off after 9 days. Mommy decided to give him his first bath.

Looks like he's enjoying it!

1 Week

Newborns spend most of their time sleeping. Mommy thinks Luke looks like a little angel when he's asleep.

Birth Week

A great first week with mommy for Luke. He's a great eater and sleeper and gets along great with his brother.
